Stress Reduction Training

Interactive sessions are designed to meet your organization’s specific needs. Many organizations have benefited from introductory and continuing 8-week sessions, comprised of 10 to 20 participants. Sessions can be conducted weekly for approximately an hour. Participants are provided with workbooks and information along with meditation guidance for practice throughout the sessions and thereafter. Mindfulness Meditation and Alexander Technique are integrated into the training to relieve stress related body tension, improve breathing, and communication skills.
